Review: Stating to me (as well as my employer) that they will come to my home or work to serve me to appear in court. Their tone is threatening, rude, unprofessional and from a legal perpective if someone is to be served to appear in court, a process server simply hand delivers a summons to the individual (no heads up is given). A call was also received on a previous date at my place of employment and my supervisor was told that I am in legal trouble and would be served at work if they did not put me on the phone. I don't know who these people are or who they represent but their unprofessional scare tactics as well as the fact that they are not even listed as a creditor on my credit report lead me to believe they are SCAMMERS and I refuse to speak them. The debt that appears on my credit report has already been handled with the vendor directly and so therefore they have no business contacting me.Desired Settlement: I want ARS Financial to close whatever file they claim to have on me. They are not listed as a creditor on my credit report and I have no idea who they are. I want ARS Financial to never contact me again by ANY method. I do not believe them to be a ligitamite business, I believe they are SCAMMERS and I will not deal with them.
