Review: Dear Sir or Madame:We contacted ARS Service on 2/27 to check our Fridge that was not cooling. The repair technician arrived yesterday and told my wife that condenser relay had to be replaced. She was charged 250 dollars for the part which I found out retails for 25 to a maximum of 40 dollars. We tried to call the technician back right away to find out why we were overcharged and no proper explanation was given. I am seeking your assistance in getting this matter resolved.Very Truly[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the excessive amount that was charged. The reasonable repair charge for this job including labor would be 100 dollars.
