Attached is a copy of the customers inspection, (NOT TO BE PUBLIC INFORMATION) it details several repairs and improvement items that were noted during the inspectionNote at the time of the inspection there was three inches of snow on both the roof and ground that had made some items not visibleI went back to the property in April and view the roof at that time there was no sign of leaking and it would be safe to assume with the melting snow that a leak should show upWhen this customer called our office in July requesting a refund, she was told, to contact a roofer to seal the area to stop the leak and we would need to take a look at the leak area and the roofers report and would do so with in the monthLatter that month I receive a complaint from Revdex.com regarding this matterHaving looked at the report and the fact we did a second inspection on the roof, I did not feel a refund was warrantedThe customer was correct we did cash her check within a few days of receiving it as this is customary practice with most professional business that receive payment after services are preformed I take this complaint personal and it truly is not our way of doing business as we inspect over homes and business annuallyThis customer did not close on the property until 3-months after the inspection and would had opportunity to view the property prior to closing The report clearly states that the roof was not visible and there were no signs of leaking and were none noted on a follow up inspectionAs for our C+ rating with the Revdex.com while I find this to be an unfair advantage that would allow customers to receive refunds beyond their scope of service paid for.DO NOT MAKE THE INSPECTION REPORT PUBLIC

As a service company we are truly sorry that a client would have to file a claim about our serviceWhile there is no excess for this on our part, we are training and adding new members to our team to avoid future situations such as thisWe were able to deliver this client services required on June
28, 2017, and extended their three-year warranty period to begin on the same date

visible. I went back to the property in April and view the roof at that time there was no sign of leaking and it would be safe to assume with the melting snow that a leak should show up. When this customer called our office in July requesting a refund, she was told, to contact a roofer to seal the area to stop the leak and we would need to take a look at the leak area and the roofers report and would do so with in the month. Latter that month I receive a complaint from Revdex.com regarding this matter. Having looked at the report and the fact we did a second inspection on the roof, I did not feel a refund was warranted. The customer was correct we did cash her check within a few days of receiving it as this is customary practice with most professional business that receive payment after services are preformed.  I take this complaint personal and it truly is not our way of doing business as we inspect over 600 homes and business annually. This customer did not close on the property until 3-months after the inspection and would had opportunity to view the property prior to closing.  The report clearly states that the roof was not visible and there were no signs of leaking and were none noted on a follow up inspection. As for our C+ rating with the Revdex.com while I find this to be an unfair advantage that would allow customers to receive refunds beyond their scope of service paid for.DO NOT MAKE THE INSPECTION REPORT PUBLIC
