I actually live down the street from the writer of this complaint. I used to see this ARS lawn truck all summer I’m actually quite suprised reading this. I’m not taking sides but what I saw was quite disturbing to say the least. my neighbor who wrote this chose to leave things out that I witnessed happen between the owner ARS Lawn guy and my neighbors wife. I will remain anonymous because I have to share a street with the writer of the complaint. I can’t speak on what the wife heard the guys say about her but what I saw one evening The ARS truck parked In front of their home (no trailer with lawn equipment attached) He was Alone walking back towards his truck white paper in his hand and the wife was walking after him yelling at him.. what sounded like her saying something to the affect I’m not paying you [removed] get off my property.. she was using lots of profanity which made me mad since I live on the street! Anyways she pushed the poor guy! He then seemed to be a bit shocked but was calm., the wife on the other was not. It was quite the show on the street that night! I shouldn’t laugh but the wife’s daughter came out of no where and yelled at her mom to go inside.. it then looked like she calmly asked the man to leave and he did, But wait the best part of the story is her daughter is a COP! I seen the lawn service few more times still cutting lawns on our street,, not the lady that attacked him over not wanting to pay her bill but I had to write this because it’s total BS what he is saying. You shouldn’t write a bad review and not tell the whole truth

Hi I live in St Clair Shores and ARS Lawncare has been cutting my lawn since 2010. They actully cut 8 houses on our street. We all really enjoy The owner. Wonderful guy. When I saw this bad review of the his lawn company I was blown away. Some people are never satisfied with any service im guessing this is what happen it that instance. And of what that neighbor is saying is true the wife pushed him over not wanting to pay her bill.. shame on some people

A.R.S. Lawn Care Service advertises an attractive lawn care price of $15.00 for "Any Lawn." The business is owner operated with over 16 years experience. The advertisement also states that the service is "hassle free" with a "guaranteed 24 hr. call back hotline." My wife chose to utilize that 24 hr. call back hotline. My wife placed a call the week of May 12, no answer, left a message. My wife then called the week of May 19, no answer, left a message. My wife called a few more times with no answers or call backs. Because we received a referral from our neighbor, my wife decided to walk out in our yard and flag one of the representatives down while servicing our neighbors lawn. At that time, the representative was not only rude, but used vulgar and explicit language towards my wife. Thereafter, my wife overheard this representative and his co-worker talk about my wife as a crazy [redacted], stating "some people just can't take a hint." As an officer of the Michigan Courts and corporate professional, I will not let such unprofessional service go unreported. It is my hope that this type of business does not continue with other potential customers. Furthermore, this type of business is not welcome in our local communities.
