I am writing to let you know that the above-referenced case number has been resolved with a refund from the seller through *** I also see that ARS Mar Film became a Revdex.com member on March 3, 2017, which I find very interesting I very much appreciate all of the help that your office
provided in getting this transaction issue resolved with the company I just wish I had received the item I purchased, but the refund will go toward finding a new VCR cover I am attaching the Revdex.com's original complaint forms that were filed and the *** receipt of the refund
