system and placed your account into Do Not Contact status. The duplicate request made directly shortly before filing this complaint were processed..  Meanwhile ARS National is not a data furnisher and has never credit reported any information about this or any account.[redacted] state law prohibits our company from discussing details of your account with any person other than yourself – for example, we cannot discuss account details with your spouse because she is not you. Unfortunately, this means that ARS could not respond to your wife’s email inquiry dated January 29, 2016, about the possible fraud claim without violating [redacted] state laws.  At this point, we have reported to the credit card issuer that you do not believe this account belongs to you.Again, thank you for your time and for sharing your concerns with us. 2014, we heard your concerns and regret having called you in error.  In
addition our manager and site director offered our apology for any
inconvenience you have experienced and confirmed that we have removed your telephone
number and address from the account record for Mr. [redacted].  Although we do
not have access to the methods by which location vendors match telephone
numbers and addresses to individuals’ accounts we  notified our vendor of
the error here and are hopeful the situation can be corrected to avoid any
further inconvenience to you.  The vendor verified receipt of the notification regarding "wrong number."
