Complaint: 11299852 It shouldn't matter if the rebates come from ARS or not, directly or indirectly. Per my attachment you can clearly see that their sales rep, *** ***, has written on the agreement that I am receiving a total of $in rebates. The $one was a combination of rebates added together ($100; which was received & the $which is the in question). To me, it's ARS' responsibility to fulfill the agreement in full whether they are directly or indirectly involved in getting the rebates for the customer they sold their product to. They have NEVER provided ANY contact information to me to contact the 3rd party involved in their rebate process. This is such poor business practices to place that responsibility upon the customer. ARS doesn't seem to even know what they are agreeing to on their business agreements to customers. I don't understand how their CORPORATE office isn't even aware of their rebate processes. I left a message on Tuesday, April 12, for their corporate Rep to contact my husband, ***, since they are stressing me out so much over this situation. She's out of the office until April 15th
Sincerely,
*** ***

I accept the response from ARS only as far as they are in contact with me to work on a resolution, NOT that it has been fulfilled. As of 9/11/2015, ARS has been in contact with me & we have agreed on a plan to restore my home to what it was before the damage was done by their tech. I have been contacted by [redacted] to replace/patch the damaged carpet. The pile carpet has been satisfactorily replaced but the berber is in limbo. The piece brought out was not big enough to cover the damaged area & it wasn't a good match. [redacted] is checking on a resolution & is supposed to get back to me. [redacted] at ARS has assured me he will stay on top of [redacted] who subcontracted [redacted] to ensure the project doesn't fall through the cracks again. Until all the work is complete, I will not close the complaint nor agree that I am satisfied. It still remains open.
