I just had a Tune Up on my Central Heating and Air Unit by Charles Swith ARS/Rescue Rooter Vero Beach I went through the Titusville, FL Home Depot to schedule the tune up My experience has been better than I could have hoped for Charles was both professional and knowledgeable He explained everything good and bad about my system I would not hesitate to call ARS again should I have issues with my unit, or need to replace it
technician diagnosed problem, told me how much it would cost, went to work, finished task, cleaned up and made out receiptHad issues with his credit card reader and billing gear but took information so office could charge laterWas courteous and acted in a professional mannerFully satisfied with workWould like to see company offer more discounts for Seniors and/or Veterans on fixed incomes

We are a current client of ARS for about yearsWe requested a checkout of our system because of an enormous amount of dust accumulating in our home on a daily basisARS sent a senior technician, David H, to our homeHe checked out the entire system including the attic section for possible leaksHe then explained the importance of changing the better quality filter every months and to alternate pouring several ounces of vinegar and bleach each month to reduce or eliminate algae buildup in the evaporator coilsHe then explained the importance of setting the thermostat fan to prevent mildew on our clothesHe reviewed several options which the company offers which would enhance our systemHis past experience and overall knowledge and expertise made us feel relievedthat we chose the right company with which to do business including the technicians who installed the ton , 2speed systemWe are senior citizens and a no charge for his service was greatly appreciated
Had a leaky shower faucet dripping into wall Edward Hassessed the situation, gave us the name of a dry out company, and everything was completed (dry out and faucet replacement) asap Work was thorough and completeNo complaints
