Good afternoon, [redacted].I received the notice below which indicates that I rejected the offer made by the company which is the object of my complaint. I do not reject their offer. In fact, there offer is just what I'd like - for them to come to my house and finish the job. Will you be able to make the correction in the system, or let me know what I need to do to get the correction made?The company noted that they would call me last Friday and get the job completed right away. I still have not heard from the company. Again, it would be perfect if they would simply come and finish the job.If you have additional questions, or would like to give me a call, I can be reached at 858 909-7230.Thanks for your help,[redacted]
Hellothe complaint was due to miscommunication-the repair needs to be performed on the inside of her skylight for aesthetic reason only. Home owner will be contacted and resolved today.Thank you,[redacted]ARS Roofing, Inc
