I contracted ARS roofing to redo the roof in my homeThe sales rep was very professional and thoroughShe explained the entire process to meThe permit took a little longer than expected because of the city however they stayed in constant contact with me to let me know what was going onI had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone

This is a public service announcement please consider yourself warned about ARS Roofing Incorporated located in Davie FloridaI happen to be a state of Florida air conditioning contractor and got a written proposal from this companyI called this company to start the process of putting down a deposit and they said they had to send someone out for what reason I don't know because I am putting on a addition and the structure is not even there yetARS Roofing Incorporated said they would be out at o'clock in the afternoonI called the office at 1:because nobody has shown up and they had the guy in the field call me and he stated he would be there between and in the afternoonI called the office at 4:still nobody showed upI called their office and got nothing but voicemail and basically blew my whole afternoonI called again at o'clock the following morning to find out what happened and basically they hung up on me and told me to find another roofing companyARS Roofing Incorporated wasting my whole day and had me cancel calls when we could have been making moneyI am telling you now do not and I repeat do not call this company for any reasonThey deserve a negative star review I wish I could post oneThey are the most unprofessional unorganized uncaring least professional operation I've ever dealt with in my professional lifePlease consider yourself warnedI've done my job this is a public service announcement
