A mistake was made in April when we last spoke with the Customer His silver had been placed on account at the time the original settlement was processed In April he communicated to us that he want silver bars returned The attached document shows the transaction for these bars However, communications to the refinery to order and ship these bars was not done correctly It was an error in email communications that was unintentional The request for shipping will be submitted today and the silver bars and coins should ship early next week.In the future, communications to our company are best done through email to [redacted] as our phone system is not manned on a regular basis

The silver was shipped by the refiner via UPS with a proof of delivery on 5/4/16.(see attached documentation) The customer continues to suggest he never received the silver but when he provided security camera proof that UPS did not deliver a package, it was video from 5/4/ If in fact he did not receive the shipment as the proof of delivery suggests, he needs to file a lost package claim with UPS

I sent ARS services cans to process silver from photo paper chemistryThe sent labels, charged me for shipping ( the send shipping labels and boxes for the cans which are up to 50Lbs) I packed my cans and sent them in back in November They never sent me the requested silverI have called numerous times with no return phone callsNobody answers the phones or returns callsThis was original complaint , Revdex.com closed the case while I was on vacation this is NOT resolvedI have emails stating they received my silver cans and that they would take care of what I am owedStill NOTHING I can send these emails upon request,SIlver Bars that are owed A check for the amount of the silver

June 12, 2015Regarding Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]Concerns and debates about what a silver recovery canister should yield when it is processed are as old as the industry. As many people there are that are upset with their return there are hundreds more who are very pleased. When a...

return is less than expected it is always "The Refiner's Fault" or so the argument goes. ARS Services has been in the silver recovery industry for over 30 years. We manufacture and sell silver recovery equipment. We are an industry leader it the quality of this equipment. What we do not do is refine silver. When a used canister is submitted for refining it is sent to a company who performs this service in behalf of ARS customers. ARS never touches the canister or has any influence on the outcome of the yield from the canister. We only report what the refiner reports. The refiner stakes its reputation on the refining process. Integrity is their only product. In the precious metals industry, a discrepancy in yield of .005 percent is a big issue. It is an issue that can ruin a business. The complaint leveled against ARS is a complaint of integrity against our refiner whose reputation has been built over 30 years of providing an accurate and honest return. They would not risk their reputation over only 70 ounces of silver. There is nothing to gain by doing so and everything to lose.So how can a canister yield 70 ounces one time and only 7 ounces the next? Following are a few reasons:1. The photo processing industry has been in steep decline over the last ten years with the volume of silver-halide processing dropping to a fraction of the business it once was. There is no question that the Photo lab issuing this complaint has experienced a similar drop in silver-halide based processing. Since the silver comes from the films and papers being processed, a drop in processing must correlate in a drop in silver availability. Ten years ago, the types of canisters used by this customer had an average yield of 150 troy ounces per canister. Today, the average yield is barely 10 troy ounces. The refiner cannot be expected to recover silver that does not exist.2. The decision to wait two years before processing the canister could have affected the ability of the steel wool to capture silver. The process is based on the principle that the acid pH of the photo chemistry will cause the steel wool to break down. As it breaks down, the silver ion attaches to an exposed iron molecule and becomes solid silver within the iron mesh. The canisters are designed to be used over a fixed number of gallons or for 1 year... no longer. If the number of gallons exceeds the suggested volume silver that had been captured can be reabsorbed into the chemistry and washed down the drain. If the volume is too low as probably is expected due to reason #1, then the pH within the column can become too high due to stagnant flow rates which can cause the breakdown of iron to be slowed and ineffective. Deciding to keep the canister on for two years was a User Error, not a design or refining error.3. The weight of a canister can never be used to ascertain the estimated silver yield. A used canister typically weight 40 pounds because it holds up to 10-gallons of fluid. The fluid weighs 8-10 pounds per gallon. A canister that has only been used for a week will weigh 40 pounds. There are myriad reasons that a canister does not yield the expected result. Most of these reasons have to do with decisions the user makes in its application or with the effect of a declining industry. ARS cannot take responsibility for these issues. What we do warrant is the workmanship of the canister we sold. If it did not leak chemistry during the first six months of use, then our commitment to the customer has been fulfilled.Sincerely, [redacted]President/ CEOARS Services, LLC
