ARS Towing

On this complaint we would need the stock number that was assigned on their receipt it would be a number starting with B It is located on the top left corner under our banner Or a license plate number to see what property the truck was pulled from and why If providing the license plate I will need the date it was towed Or they can send the last four of the vin number Once I am able to see why this truck was towed I can provide more answers and a better responseSincerely L

This towing company will just come to the apartment complex and tow your vehicle without any for warning, as for me my driver side back tire was on the white line of a parking space and they said it was parked in two spacesI had to pay out $just get my car backBe very careful this could happen to anyoneThey are out for a quick buck and if you don't know your rights they will take advantage of you real quickThey just drive through lot looking for someone to tow for any reason

Good afternoon after going thru lots of records , I did find a car that was released with the same last name
but to a different person . The person who has filed this complaint is not the registered owner of the *** *** Blue in color I am assuming the owner is her husband or family member since they do have the last name.Per paragraph of their lease , it is their responsibility to keep registration up on the truck .On Oct 8th of a certified letter was mailed was mailed to *** *** *** * *** * *** ***Midland Texas The address listed above is the address listed with the DMV and where were are required to send notifications to Letting him know he had ten days to update his registration I did track the letter they did not go to post office and pick up there letter If they would have signed for their mail they would have saw that the tow date was 10/17/and we did not pick up their car until 10/21/giving them longer than the days that is required When he paid out his car at the bottom of his receipt it explains how to file for a tow hearing thru the courts if he felt he was wrongfully towed and a judge would have looked at the case He had days to file. We followed all our local and state laws in towing this truck

Tell us w One the issue of the business card. She was given a receipt with our number on it we do not have business cards for people working up front by law I do not even have to give our name just employee number for our protection. She asked for our manager’s personal phone number and home address...

that is not information we give out.She cussed out the front Office She did speak to a manger and was told that pictures are for use of the towing service. The manager on property does have a copy of pictures She received a letter before towing had started and was told you cannot park on a yellow curb or striped out areas She did speak with a manager and was told that picture are for tow service  She called the girl who released her car all kinds of awful names. She knows where she parked is not a parking space in fact I think we towed her son a month ago for parking in the same spot .She asked to go to the car and get her personal belongings out of the car and when on the yard she went after our tow truck driver yelling cussing him out and flipping him off.We do have one dog in the office and that is our right as a business owner. The dog is not around the customers the customers are in the front room behind glass.We asked her did she park her car she said yes … so if she parked her car she knows where she parked it. She also left the keys in her car unlocked. She is not our customer the Apartments are our customer and they told her she was parked wrongI will not issue a refund in any way. She was towed because she parked wrong and she cannot expect for any business to give out a owners phone number or address. She signed a lease with the apartments and said she would follow all rules .

 I no way did I curse anyone out or flip anyone off.  I asked one of the diver if they had cameras.They are very unprofessional, I wanted to know who I could speak to.  Who was the manger or owner they is no wrong in doing that.
