I had a gun on order with this company as do/did hundreds of other peopleAfter being promised a ten to twelve week turnaround I heard nothing for weeks beyond my due dateAfter countless calls and emails to the company, I was left no other choice except to work with my bank to try and get resolutionMy claim was handled flawlessly and was addressed to my success in July of this yearI am certain there are many, many others who are not going to be as luckyThese guys have no customer service and seem to care even less about the countless people they are cheating out of moneyIf you are thinking about buying I would strongly cautionIf you are good with gambling $2k plus dollars, you may or may not get what you pay forI will guarantee in the meantime you will get no correspondence from the companyAlso, I would strongly recommend all the people who have orders and are out money to take actionI contacted the Florida Attorney General and they asked me to open a caseThey also asked that people out money call the Tamp Field Office of the ATFSince this deals with a firearms dealer and this company is collecting federal tax the ATF needs to be involvedTheir number is 813-202-You will be transferred to the Jacksonville field officeAlso, the Florida Division of Consumer Services should be contacted per the Florida Attorney GeneralGood luck to you all who are out moneyI feel your pain
