manages their own business practices. This complaint was forward to our office and we redirected it back to Arsenal West.
Additionally, Arsenal West paid for the players registration with Cal South, paid for player insurance, paid for both practice and game fields as well as other services provided by the organization. Both Practice and Game fields are pre paid. Game fields alone are $125 game.
Based on the above services provided and the expenses incurred, Arsenal West determined that there was no refund available.

Thank you for your response and forwarding the information to Arsenal FC, West in regards to the petition of a refund of $300, three hundred dollars. As previously stated there is no signed document that has a clause stating that the money is non-refundable. It is understandable that there may be an administrative fee; however, to keep the full amount for a player that did not participate in none of the official games is unreasonable. In addition, no uniform was collected.

I paid $40 for the month of August, 2015.
B. Game Fields (total of 14 games, and teams are 11 v.s. 11 minimum 22 players which does not include any substitutes the team may have). My research shows the following:
Eastside Community Park Lower, Murrieta. Fee = $0.
Lutheran High School, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Ext. 220 Fee = $35 hr
Victor Valley College, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fee = $0
Spenser Crossing #1, Murrieta, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fee = $10 hr
Jurupa Sports Complex #3, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fee = $35 hr
Damian High School Stadium Field, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fee = pending a response.
Eastside Community Park - Lower, (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Fee = $0
Tovashal Elementary Field #1, (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fee = $60 bi-annual. Must reside in local area to use field. Arsenal was a guest.

We must keep in mind that a game consist of a minimum of 11 players per team. Arsenal FC, West has 13 players including my daughter.
