I own a business that is advertised as "secure" I had Art & Ray install a lock for me a few months ago and now all you need is a credit card or a stick to slide the latch bolt to the side to access the building We have called three times now to have them fix it and they have never come out or returned our callsDo NOT trust Art & Ray's Lock & Safe!
