I am claiming a refund in the amount of $150.00 for the purchase of a GSM tracking device purchased March **, 2017. This was paid in cash. This is a piece of equipment that was supposed to work with a spyware cube alarm clock to send a signal to my Iphone whenever an intruder entered my dwelling. Due to the Spy Shop's salesperson and technician (his name is Jesse) who was supposed to come to my home to place this clock radio (which has a camera in it for video playback) in the most effective place in my home so that when my apartment entrance door is opened, it would be in full view for video playback, never showed or even called. The charge for the radio was $550.00 plus $100.00 for the house call, thus totaling $650.00 minus $150.00 for a previous purchase of a smoke detector (with a camera inside) that did not even work after taking it back to him on two occasions. The cube alarm clock was an exchange for that smoke detector which was $150.00 as opposed to the $550.00 cost to

On October **, 2015, I came into the store and asked about a few productsThe young man helping me indicated that the products I was buying were very easy to use and didn't require any other pieces; this is all on videotapeI told him I only needed them for the next day so I couldn't buy anything that would require numerous trips to a storeHe told me not to worry; the products didn't require anything, and if I didn't like the products I could return them for a full refund within daysHowever, on the receipt he wrote "days exchange" but in person he ABSOLUTELY told me that I would be able to get a full refund; again this is all on videotapeI have been told he no longer works for the storeI paid $for the products
When I got home looked at the instructions for the products, they both required some sort of chip that WERE NOT included in the boxes; also, the instructions were in chinese for the products and were incredibly hard to follow
