I bought 2 photo sessions with the person. She came out and took the pictures and said she would give us the photos to review, which never happened, she took on other clients and we never got the proofs. I constantly asked for them and she kept putting me off. Then 7 months later she informs me that she LOST OUR PROOFS from our session on her external hard drive and although sorry she would with re-do our session or give me a refund. Now I ask you, HOW can you recreate THAT day? In my case it was not possible EVER. She also promised a refund.. after the initial 7 months AGAIN she lied and here we are months and months later ( 11 months) and she NEVER followed through with what she said she would do like send me my refund. I sent off the hard drive for repair, it took them months to get back to me on the update on the drive due to the size of the files. To this person and this person only it may have seemed like a lie or the run around, while other clients were totally understanding and they were even compassionate about my loss. They all accepted my apology and accepted my offer to redo their session or refund. Most of my clients preferred a re-do of their session. I did these last year and everyone is happy. A year later [redacted] pops up out of no where complaining to every website possible that I never sent her refund. Among about 32 refunds and/or sessions I had to redo, I simple over looked hers in my records. She is claiming that I am a liar because I said I would refund her and I never did. I replied to her most recent email with an apology and I asked her where can I send the refund. She did not reply. Instead of replying she has posted poor reviews about my company everywhere possible. Consumer Response This person has lied at every turn. She said she would send my photos within days, she did not, she said she would keep me updated as to when she would send my pictures , she did not. She took on other clients and I kept asking month after month. Finally she said she "lost them" in her hard drive. Offered a refund or to re-take the pictures. How can you re-do a day? In fact the reason for the pictures is not even possible to do re-take. Things change. She lied and lied. Then I asked for a refund. She said she would. She did not...month after month. I waited and waited. Lies once again. Yes, I popped up a year later because she lied and NEVER sent any money as she said she would do for my refund. I sent an email with all my information, she has this, so why she is asking AGAIN? I want my FULL refund of both sessions that I bought and paid for in 2011. I have all correspondence with her since the very beginning and can prove she does and did not do what she promised and I want others to know what kind of business practices she and her company has done.
