Review: Purchased vouchers for a class to be taught 5/14 the class was canceled 3 hours prior to start. Business agreed to provide a refund but has not yet done so.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the canceled class.

spoke with business (Lisa J[redacted]) who wanted to know about the complaint process, says consumer should have requested her refund from [redacted], gave her my email address for her written response, says she has been inundated with phone calls recently and doesn't remember receiving my earlier message ([redacted])
