 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have never taken a class at this location.  I called once to check about tha class and showed some interest in taking a class.  I asked for a advice since I have never taken painted class in life.  I never pursue to take any class.  I never signed any papers.  I never took my gift certificate to their place.  How can they claim that I took a class.  I have gift certificate In my procession.  I invite them to my home to see if I have any painting supply or any sign of painting in my home.  I explained to them why I was unable to tala a class due to my health and my husband's health issues.  I will like them to show one document where I have signed for any class.  As I explained that I had only visited art center once in my life for an open house or make your Own Sunday ice cream with my husband.  We took the tour of the building and ate ice cream.  Art center personal issued awards to children for their art work.  I remember every detail of my visit to this lace with my husband.  My family who gave me this gift certificate inquired that why I had not used the credit because they expected to see what have I learned by using their gift to me.  We realized that gift certificate has not been used.  My son and daughter in law also called because I was told by art center personnel, person who has given me this gift certificate need to call in order to get credit.  So they called the center and given different answer each time such as credit can be issued, then changed to credit can be transferred.  Next phone call I was told since there is no expiration date, it can be used anytime.  When I mention that we are moving, I was threatened that we are bothering them by calling and the lady told me that we are tired of phone calls from your son and daughter in law and came up with this story that I have taken a class.  Please, I hope you understand that I have $150 gift certificate in my procession and I have never ever been at the Art Center for a class or never ever I have signed anywhere for a class.  If I had taken a class why on this earth I will request for various options.  Why will I have unused and unsigned gift certificate by Art Center personnel.  Unheard of this kind of practice from any business.  That statement is true, I told them that I will report this to Revdex.com.  No business can treat their customer unprofessionly and be dishonest.  We consumers need protection from this type of fraud.
