We loved living at the Brady Sullivan Lofts at *** *** - they have a wonderful building, group of residents and staffHowever we had an incredibly terrible experience working with Allison P***, much like the review here: ***XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/about It started with her not reasonably working with us on valid concerns, and when we actually stood up for what we believed regarding her treatment of us and the situation (only over email), she became unprofessional, extremely rude to both of us on the phone, and in the end quite inappropriate and even threatening I have never experienced such a disappointing situation and only wish such a great company would not employ such mean spirited people who disregard the concerns of the community which they are responsible for It's unfortunate given the kindness and mutual cooperation of the rest of the staff
