MrHidalgo begun work at our property in August to complete carpentry work and installation of a pre built kitchen
MrHudalgo claimed multiple things, including being a licensed contractor (which he does not hold a license of any kind after searching with the DBPR), and that he was a transparent hard worker
As of today (December 15th) at least half the days he was coming to work on the project, he has not comeSometime he woudl dissapear for weeks without a single returned phone call whatsoever
None of the contracted labors have been completed, and all of them with very bad qualityThe kitchen is unfinished, and the carpentry work is not completed
He has received thousands of dollars in payments, but has not produced a single invoice, or receipts for materials
He claimed that he would provide materials at cost, we have now found that materials he has upcharged almost 2-times their actual value
