Art Douglas Plumbing- representative Sam Bustos, provided excellent service and recommendations. Performed services as requested (drain clearing) and spotted a bad water heater, of which I replaced. Representative was very customer oriented and friendly. Valuable employee. He needs to have recognition and reward for quality of service
i called them to unplugged my toilet but they broke my pipe
I called art Douglas plumbing inc for a Is simple plumbing job. It was because my toilet was plugged. so they sent Is me there representative, He came inside the house and and so the toilet toilet without touching anything he left the house went to the front yard and answered his snake from our Main Stewidge. As he was inserting his snake there was Curved pipe and their snake did not turn and went throw the pipe and broke it and the head of the snake was stuck out the pipe. they insert a camera and they so the damage they made but they still didn't Admit their mistake instead they told me that my pipe have a big toy and they need to cut My floor and get out the toy and it maybe 1,2,4,or 10 toys their they need to take out, and the toy will not go anywhere until I hired them to do the job and it will cost me 6000 dollars. I refused but still they let me pay the 125 dollars for their services or they will take me to court. so they broke my pipe, charged 125 dollars and they did not fix my toilet problem.

Recently had a new unit installed and was quite impressed with the promptness by which they got the work done I was additionally impressed by the installer Omar and how courteous and professional he was I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends etcin fact have already done so to my neighbor I have used them for Plumbing also and have been pleased there too
Awesome service Had an emergency plumbing issue and called AD They arrived minutes after I called and did a phenomenal job They gave me the estimate and I agreed They found another problem, but didn't charge me anymore because they already gave me the estimate I will call AD for any of my plumbing needs in the future The guy that did the job was named Robert and he explained everything and was quite professional Just an awesome experience These guys know what they are doing!
