Review: Greg and his company had designed and built us custom kitchen cabinetry. Ever since the installation, the island cabinet started to have issues. on the side of the dishwasher the panel had cracked in many places. Also the tracks for the trash bins were having problems. the issues are now 2 years outstanding. Greg responds very poorly. when he does he starts telling me to get some piece from [redacted] and when I do he will fix the issues. about 3 months ago I finally got him to come over and take the panel to get fixed. I assumed he would replace the panel. instead he just glues the old one together and left it alone. this of course cracked in the matter of days. the issues remain outstanding and Greg has not responed to my emails, calls or SMSs.Desired Settlement: either provide $3000 to have another contractor fix the problem, or resolve to our expectations.
