Review: I paid a membership fee of $398.00 in advance. I showed artwork at the gallery in a show but not as a member. After my work was taken down and thrown into another room in a corner I complained to [redacted] and [redacted] the owners. I was told to bad and not to come back. I sent an email to [redacted] in November asking for my money back as I would not be becoming a member. He said if I sent him my address he would mail me a check. I have sent many e-mails and postings on their [redacted] page asking for my money back. This is now January 29 and I still do not have it. It is hard to believe how unprofessional they are.Desired Settlement: I want my $398.00 plus any expenses I have to incur filing this claim.

Review: (Company) The Art Factory has yet to return my deposit and security of $999 for membership to the Art Factory. (Owner) [redacted] continually ignores my phone calls & emails for months. The last email I received from [redacted] was on June 2, 2014 promising to mail the refund. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered since then.Desired Settlement: I demand the refund as outlined in contract $999.00 as quickly as possible as this has been ongoing since January 2014.
