A.R.T. Furniture

Finally received end table Monday but with no nuts screw to put together. I thought quick phone call and A R T would send replacement out right away. Thursday and still haven't shipped. e-mail with parts # was required,( number given over phone but no enough) after 3 phone calls only sucess was order number for nuts and screws,customer service a joke.

Dear MsMiriam Carmona, This email is in regards to [redacted] and Mega Furniture (AKA Dollar Days)We received a claim back in April and it was immediately reviewed with A.R.TFurniture’s internal Claims Analyst, Customer Service Manager, and V.Pof Product DevelopmentThey all came to the conclusion the table had been mishandled in some way, and the issues the customer was having were not manufacturing defects therefore were not covered under A.R.TFurniture’s warranty (as attached)Our Claims Analyst did notice that the customer [redacted] purchased a “Guardsman” warranty from Mega Furniture see attached sales orderThis type of extended warranty (Guardsman) covers issues like this, and all Ms [redacted] would need to do is file the claim with Guardsman in order to get a replacement table topAs for the chair, A.R.TFurniture agreed to ship the customer a chair back only (we cannot replace chair only so chair back is our standard solution to these issues) to replace the one that had issues as those were manufacturing defects The chair back is scheduled to ship this week Please note we feel A.R.TFurniture resolved this issue for Mega Furniture (AKA Dollar Days) and they failed to notify their customer of the intentAlso attached are email correspondence to Mega Furniture, a Mega Furniture Sales Order, and A.R.TFurniture’s order confirmation for the chair backPlease review and if you have any questions or need me to do anything further please let me know Jennifer Hernandez Human Resource
