On recommendation of a neighbor, I called for a quote. - 5 times to office number and 3 times to project manager - each call went straight to voice mail and, in a week now, no-one has returned my call. I guess they don't need any new business.

The problem has not been corrected.  The company sent a  handyman to look at the problem and he never went on the roof.  The handyman only looked at one are of the attic and did nothing to solve the problem.  It seems likely that the roof was improperly loaded while the initial work was being performed.  I will have the roof inspected when I return to the house.

The client was called and we went to the property. The warranty was hand delivered, and the problem that the client was claiming was a defect in the new roof was determined  not be roof related and not caused by our firm. We did assist homeowner in correcting the issue even though it wasnt...

At the time of the visit to the homeowner it was discussed and agreed that we would repair cracks in a couple of trusses.These were not damaged during the project we do not overload the roof with weight.When we were in the attic it was apparent that these type of repairs had been made before so that these cracked trusses were not something that happened when we did our project.To try to make everyone happy we did repair the two that we found at no charge to the home owner and at the time seemed happy,we do not feel or agree that anything we did created this situation.

Review: We had our roof replaced October 2013, so far to our satisfaction. All that has been requested via email verifications, with responses from [redacted], is a copy of paid in full receipt and the warranty that comes along with the roof. This has been requested via email four times and he responds that we will have the documentation by a certain time frame. Recent phone call has not been returned and documentation has not been received.Desired Settlement: Mail out paid in full receipt and warranty applicable to the roof replacement.

I used art king roofing to do my roof, his company installed a new shingle roof, I am very happy with the experience I had with the crew that did my work, very polite cleaned up very nicely, and did the job in the time frame they promised, I would recommend them

I recently had this company put an emergency tarp on my roof because of a chimney that had tipped over and this guy [redacted] may have been the most unprofessional contractor I've ever met. (Although I have met very few). They had a couple guys put the tarp on with out quoting me or having me sign anything. Right away I thought this was very strange. Then when I received a $750 invoice my jaw almost dropped! Thank God it was covered my insurance but you still think he would have mentioned the price. That's not even my main complaint though! After I personally took the tarp down myself (which sort of seems like there job and part of the $750) to have another company fix the roof and I agreed to leave the check outside my front door (there request which is also so weird) this guy [redacted] has the nerve to argue about taking them tarp back! I informed him it had some holes but I could still use it for another emergency if need be and he very rudely told me I had no real use for it and they can use it on other jobs! So it's nice to know they charge $750 to put used tarps with holes on them on peoples homes. I was so surprised that this was a huge deal I definitely thought the tarp should be covered in that price especially after calling around and hearing other people only charge $300-$500 if they are planning on taking the tarp back. I can't recommend these guys to anyone after dealing with this [redacted] guy. Horrible customer service.
