He owes my $700 for an accordion. He will not pay nor respond to my phone calls
On May 6/19 he took accordion to sell. When I phoned in October he said it sold and $700 would be sent. In November no cheque so phoned him n his brother sick. Said he would pay as soon as he got back from taking care of brother. He never got back to me. Tried phone several times in 2020, he will not call back. I texted him a month ago and he said he would pay soon. I cannot get a hold of him and still do not have my money. I have a signed contract with him

This guy had my art for over 3 years now and I have looked for in his sites and didn't see it. Don't put your artwork...I am taking this guy to small claims court because he didn't advertise my pictures on his sites now he saying -- he wants $200 for me to get my art back...

Failure to return a large sum of money that was sent for goods after being unable to fulfill a purchase agreement.
I was initially attracted by an ad on *** for a bronze statue at a really good price, and after communicating through there I began communicating by phone and through the sellers business email http://www.artandneedfulthings.com/ to negotiate the price for three other statues. The agreed upon price was to include shipping, but after having transferred the money through *** and waiting for nearly three weeks nothing had arrived and the seller had not contacted me. When I finally did contact him, he said that he had been dealing with mortality in the family and that shipping was way more expensive than he had anticipated and he could not absorb the extra costs. So I told him that I wanted to just cancel the transaction entirely rather than pay extra money for the order. Then came the excuses, one after another to delay the return of my money - power outage, being very busy, waiting for a refund from the post office - he said the packages were at the post office and he had to cancel their shipment and get a refund for them before sending me the money. I called Canada Post and they told me this was impossible since a package MUST be delivered by law once it is in their hands, and they could never return it to the one delivering it, much less refund them for any fees. Finally, I found his profile on the Revdex.com website and immediately saw he had a history of problematic scenarios with other people who stated their cases against him. I confronted him with this and told him I would report him to the local police. The next day he tried to send me a money transfer through *** for the amount of only $1000.00 instead of the $1450.00 that I had sent him. He made things very unclear for me to access the money. The secret question to access the money was "I am a..." When I asked him for the password he sent me the following message:
"Answer is difficult to bad you have no understanding of cost to pack and ship"
So I thought he was playing a riddle game where I had to guess a difficult answer to his question. In hindsight, the answer to the secret question was probably the word "difficult" which was very confusing since it does not make any sense in context with the secret question. After trying to guess an answer to the question two times, I went to the bank and asked them if they could help me access the money since the next wrong answer would cancel the transaction. They could not help me with this and the transaction was ultimately cancelled
Since then I have had a hard time reaching him by phone or by email. I did manage to do so twice, but he claims that because of me his bank account is blocked and he can't send me the money. He claims he will find a way to send it to me, but since then he has not given me an update on anything, and if he does I suspect it will be another excuse to delay. In any other normal situation I would have received my money long ago. Nine weeks have gone by since I sent him the money that was never returned.

***, the owner or Art and Needful Things sold some artwork for my senior father starting in October of 2017. When my father would phone *** he would not answer his phone.

I first started to phone *** on June 5,2018, because my father had given up trying to get a hold of ***.I phoned him often enough that he finally texted me.

On June 14th he promised to work on getting a total of the money that was still outstanding the following week.

June 18th and 19th I texted him to see when my Dad was going to be paid. He said he would be talking to his accountant on the 19th. He also said that he only owed my dad 200 dollars and to leave him alone. I told him I sick of this and was going to report him to the ***

Wed June 20th I texted *** again and he said he would pay my father.
Numerous texts and phone calls followed wondering when my Dad would be paid.

July 3 *** finally asked for my Dads mailing address.

The last contact with *** was July 18th. I told him I would be filing a complaint with the B.B.B. to which he replied he was going to phone the R.C.M.P. because I called him names and slander.

We just want the money that is owed.

I gave *** items to sell last summer, up to now I have received about 25% of what he owes me, even though he said all items sold months ago
***. Looking back on this transaction from the beginning, I can now see that almost everything *** says comes from a rehearsed script of exaggerations, *** so that he can obtain as many items of yours as he can, so he can sell them and keep the money for himself.
***. He then exaggerates the value he can obtain from the sale of your items. I don't know if he sells them immediately, but he gives you about 25% of the money he owes you within 10 days, and then has no more contact with you.
*** owes me $1,276.27 based on the prices he promised me, this is after he takes his 30% commission. He has now missed 6 monthly deadlines he promised for payment in the contract I signed with him. ***
***, of Art and Needful Thins, has promised to pay me the 75% he owes me on "the next day, or within the next few days" seven times in the last six months. These promises come only after I have made an inquiry concerning the sale of my items and asking for payment. Then I hear nothing from him until my next inquiry. Before he makes these new promises of immediate action he always apologizes saying he has been very sick, had an operation, an MRI, or has been in the hospital. You want to give him the benefit of doubt and so it drags on longer. ***. It only takes 5 minutes to send money by ***, and yet it has been over six months that he assured me all coins had been sold.
