Art Nissen & Son Landscaping, Incis a subcontractor for the builder and does not work directly with the home buyers, if the builder states the tree is no longer under warranty then we follow their practice.? ? However, in attempt to resolve this situation for all, Art Nissen & Son Landscaping, Incand the builder? propose to replace the tree one last time on Tuesday, June 19th between the hours of 7am and 12pm, offering Mr*** his choice of tree from the selection of Autumn Blaze Maple, flowering Pear Tree, Red Oak, or White Swamp Oak to be made no later than Friday 6/15/Mr*** will need to sign off no later than Friday, 6/15/that this will be the last tree planted and we will offer no warrantyMr*** will have to be present for the installation.? ? ? -- *** Art Nissen & Son Landscaping, Inc*** ? ?
