Review: My 15 yr old daughter had micro-braids done at this salon on 8/3/13.I had to start taking them out the same evening because my daughter was in excruciating pain.I called the salon when I got home to tell them what was happening but they did not answer.I finally removed all of the braids on 8/4/13.When my daughter woke up on the morning of 8/4/13 her face was swollen and her scalp was in extreme pain.My daughter went to her pediatrician on 8/5/13 for the issue and was told by the dr that she had a rash in her head,her hair follicles and scalp are infected and inflamed because the braids were too tight.The was also given a prescription for the issues.I was finally able to get in touch with someone on the phone today and was told by someone by the name of [redacted] that I was lying and that I needed to bring my daughter in so she could see her hair.[redacted] also said that she was going to call the owner of the salon who was supposedly out of the country and call me back.she refused to give me the owners name.I think that she's the owner.She called me back and said that the owner was not giving me my money back.My daughters arrived at the salon after her dr's appt and [redacted] and the other worker refused to speak to my daughter's older sister who brought her there.I know it's the truth because she had me on speaker phone.They were very rude to my daughters and refused to even acknowledge that they were there even after asking me to bring my daughter in so that she could look at her hair.I have documentation and a prescription from my daughters pediatrician and will upload those documents as soon as I have access to them this evening when I get home.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for -The braids $208.00-2 bags of hair-$ 50.00-Deposit- $25.00
