This letter is in regards to the complaint I received on 1/6/2017>> The customer stated that she was upset because I did not start on her childs hair as soon as she walked into the shop, As anyone that visits a salon often knows, there's never a guarantee u get right in the chair considering your not the only clientI was finishing up a client who had an appointment before her which took me about minutes to completeThe condition of this clients hair was at the point were everything I was going to do was going to be a processWith that being said, when I was done with the client that was before her I applied base to her hair which had to sit for approximatly minutes due to the condition of her hair so she would not be irritated wilth the relaxer or to keep it from burningAfter that process I proceeded to relax her hair which took about another 45/minutes, with applying, washing, and conditioningI then applied her color which had to sit for minutesWhile she sat under the dryer with her color on,l proceeded with my 4:apointment which took me maybe minutes to complete, I then got right back to her hair with the sew in process which takes at least to hours to completeIf I started on her hair at 4pm how did I have all that complete when my 4pm appointment arrived?? Also I tried to explain to her that I was using chemicals on her childs hair and thats not something you rush with but she was yelling and I couldnt understand what she was trying to say so I gave the phone back to her childThe complaints went from her being there too long, then to her not having a ride, then to her not liking the hair color, then to her wanting a full refund, then to her not liking the hair at all, so at this point I was confused on what she was asking me to do to fix the situationShe began to text me random threats of what she was going to "make me do" basically, I kept trying to either let her know I would fix it or that she needs to take her somewhere else concidering the fact she wasn't satisfied with my services anyway.I never charged her full price for her services because of something my sister stated she had an issue with before the client didnt kno of this, but that was me trying to look out for her, plus I found out it was her childs birthday that dayUsually the services she wanted prices are $sew in $relaxer $color and the price of the hair was $She never paid for the hair and I recall her stating that she wants at least $back for her inconvenience, I stated to her that she didn’t pay for the hair so she has her $backAlso she keeps stating that she gave me $which is not true she gave me $When I stated that it would be a full price for me to fix her daughters hair, l was talking about the sew in part which I only charged her $for on the discount, so she would've been only paying me $which was full price for the serviceI told her she would need to purchase the hair this timeHad she listened instead of making threats and yelling she would've understood thatI tried to resolve this issue with this person but she constantly made threats and demanded what I should do, so at this point I told her there was nothing I could do for her so she made the threat to report usI told her do what she feels she needs to do and in that process there’s no need for us to have anymore contactThe claim about our salon being rigged and illegally connected is completely falseWe have been operating for over five years and have wonderful clients that come faithfully so there’s no need for us to operate in that illegal or rigged status

considering your not the only client. I was finishing up a client who had an appointment before her which took me about 20 minutes to complete. The condition of this clients hair was at the point were everything I was going to do was going to be a process. With that being said, when I was done with the client that was before her I applied base to her hair which had to sit for approximatly 20 minutes due to the condition of her hair so she would not be irritated wilth the relaxer or to keep it from burning. After that process I proceeded to relax her hair which took about another 45/60 minutes, with applying, washing, and conditioning. I then applied her color which had to sit for 30 minutes. While she sat under the dryer with her color on,l proceeded with my 4:00 apointment which took me maybe 45 minutes to complete, I then got right back to her hair with the sew in process which takes at least 2 to 3 hours to complete. If I started on her hair at 4pm how did I have all that complete when my 4pm appointment arrived?? Also I tried to explain to her that I was using chemicals on her childs hair and thats not something you rush with but she was yelling and I couldnt understand what she was trying to say so I gave the phone back to her child. The complaints went from her being there too long, then to her not having a ride, then to her not liking the hair color, then to her wanting a full refund, then to her not liking the hair at all, so at this point I was confused on what she was asking me to do to fix the situation. She began to text me random threats of what she was going to "make me do" basically, I kept trying to either let her know I would fix it or that she needs to take her somewhere else concidering the fact she wasn't satisfied with my services anyway.I never charged her full price for her services because of something my sister stated she had an issue with before the client didnt kno of this, but that was me trying to look out for her, plus I found out it was her childs birthday that day. Usually the services she wanted prices are $80 sew in $75 relaxer $20 color and the price of the hair was $20. She never paid for the hair and I recall her stating that she wants at least $20 back for her inconvenience, I stated to her that she didn’t pay for the hair so she has her $20 back. Also she keeps stating that she gave me $145 which is not true she gave me $125. When I stated that it would be a full price for me to fix her daughters hair, l was talking about the sew in part which I only charged her $40 for on the discount, so she would've been only paying me $40 which was full price for the service. I told her she would need to purchase the hair this time. Had she listened instead of making threats and yelling she would've understood that. I tried to resolve this issue with this person but she constantly made threats and demanded what I should do, so at this point I told her there was nothing I could do for her so she made the threat to report us. I told her do what she feels she needs to do and in that process there’s no need for us to have anymore contact. The claim about our salon being rigged and illegally connected is completely false. We have been operating for over five years and have wonderful clients that come faithfully so there’s no need for us to operate in that illegal or rigged status.

I do not agree no child should be in a beauty salon 8 1/2 hour's and to make matters worse she absolutely did a horrible job and left a bunch of razor blade cuts on the back of her neck and ear also the child's hair she started braiding on while in the middle of doing my child's hair did not have an appointment and that's why my daughter had to wait as long as she did she needs to just admit to being very unprofessional and taking advantage of her client on that day I never got disrespectful until she started acting like I was doing her wrong at the end of the day she is a professional and nothing she did that day was handled in that manner my 15 yr old daughter can tell you better than I can she had to experience that nightmare but because she is a child she has no value of opinion knowing her mom is teaching her to be a young responsible adult in life it was a horrible way to learn how to be responsible and with that being said I have pictures to prove that the job she did that took 8 1/2 was horrific and I will be asking again for a full refund for the misrepresented statement that you will walk out feeling rejuvenated and that in our case was a lie my baby and I will never be satisfied until we get a normal refund like anywhere else it's was poor judgement on.Ms [redacted] behavior not my daughter and I
