Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: My fridge has a
large scratch, which I have included a picture of. It is obvious the scratch was caused by countertops, because scratch is in exact same place countertops rubbed against fridge, and the scratch stops right at exact spot countertop was touching fridge. *** told me the scratch was already on the side of fridge, which it was not. *** was not at my home during first installation and never saw side of fridge until I showed him scratch. How is it possible for *** to know the fridge was previously scratch, without him seeing side of fridge before I showed him scratch?

We went to the customers house and removed the counter tops. The Customer received a full refund.
It is our belief that if the customer is not completely satisfied then we will do our best to resolve the issue.
