Client [redacted] was seen by Hairstylist Chelsea on January 11th, 2018.Chelsea did exactly what [redacted] requested and she was charged $total.Breakdown was for half head of highlights, for haircut and for a toner.The next day apparently [redacted] wasn’t pleased with her hair Instead of contactingthe salon, she messaged her stylist, Chelsea on instagram Mind you, she nevercontacted the salon at allNever inquired as to the salons policy on refunds or whatsteps would be taken to remedy any client who wasn’t happyThen, the next morning, she goes to another salon and pays considerably more than we originally charged her.That evening she sends us an email requesting a full refundWe responded to herthat because she never contacted our salon to let us know she wasn’t happy with theservice she received, but instead went directly to another salon and had her hair done there, she had completely given up her right to request any refund.I will also include the complete email chain between her and the salon as well as their conversationon instagram which paints a very different picture than her description to the Revdex.comIf you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to ask

I am rejecting this response because:Let’s not be removed from the fact that my hair fell out in clumps after my services by your professional stylist. I had to cut off inches of my hair & my hair continues to fall out.I also followed up with urgent care who confirmed my scalp was burnt with several blisters photographed.who in there right mind would return to your establishment after this?

Instead of contactingthe salon, she messaged her stylist, Chelsea on instagram. Mind you, she nevercontacted the salon at all.
