Our records show declined blown head gasket repairs.Image 2 documents the known problems with the vehicle and declined repairs. Image 3 documents the customer's return on 3/3 and our technician re-checked their work at no charge. Image 4 invoice for customer's return on 4/25. We checked our work again and informed customer of blown head gasket causing their concern not remanufactured water pump. There was no charge. During customer's 4/25 visit the customer and his sister stated in December they told us to "fix the vehicle." It was necessary to FIRST replace the water pump before "fixing" anything else, which was done. "Fixing" the blown head gasket and the many other recommendations would have cost thousands more than what was charged. Once we understood the customer wanted all recommendations "fixed" we provided discounted estimates in an attempt to satisfy the customers. They asked to have the $2365 for December's necessary repairs applied toward the remaining repairs. We declined as all repairs paid for have been completed.
