I had been a loyal customers for going on 6 years. Until recently. For the past 3 years, I have paid over a thousand dollars for a procedure that dramatically enriches the skin. Sadly, the company is changing hands, and I happened to be there on the last day the doctor was in the office before retiring and selling the business. He was literally out of the office and on a flight to florida in 2 hours. I spent 1,400$ for a vampire facial that did absolutely nothing. all that pain and money, complete wasted. The doctor and his disgruntled wife were in a hurry to make their flight to florida in 2 hours, and they could not focus on me in between the stress and the bickering. Julia, the wife and partner even went as far to have her husband perform botox on her IN MY MEDICAL ROOM DURING MY PROCEDURE when he should have been asked what they usually use to apply the expensive substance I pay for focusing on me! Not only that, but the receptionist did most of the medical procedure... a nice girl with aspirations to be a nurse... who had no idea what she was doing... a nice girl who just desperately needed help/supervision- she even asked me if it was okay to wrap my entire head in plastic wrap so that I couldnt see nor breath... and onto my face... she ended up using (against my wishes) a KLEENEX NAPKIN to apply the precious blood they had pulled out of my skin... twice because they realized at the last minute that 1 vial isnt enough.. at least 4 vials is standard... as they know... and she admitted (since they did it every other single time) they just wanted to scrimp and to hurry me out the door. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE in a business environment where safety and beauty are supposed to be #1 concern. I asked them 3 different times if I should just come back another day... since this was my birthday present to myself... they told me happy bday but this was the last day they could do it and not to worry. And when I called to complain the next day? After weeks of phone tag, Julia threatened me by saying that if I said anything, she would sue me for the money the company loses from my bad review. I have it all on text. proof of everything... including her having botox done in my room. And of course she doesnt care that she literally ripped layers of my face off to heal terribly, & stole my time, birthday, and money, because its not her business anymore. She pawned it off to someone else who also doesnt care what happened... because I called them, too. I paid more money for less services, without warning or discussion, or help in any way. I feel disrespected, threatened, used, and forever scarred by this experience. And now I have to spent even more money to fix the damage that they did to my face- the way in which I make a living!
