I had been a loyal customers for going on yearsUntil recentlyFor the past years, I have paid over a thousand dollars for a procedure that dramatically enriches the skinSadly, the company is changing hands, and I happened to be there on the last day the doctor was in the office before retiring and selling the businessHe was literally out of the office and on a flight to florida in hoursI spent 1,400$ for a vampire facial that did absolutely nothingall that pain and money, complete wastedThe doctor and his disgruntled wife were in a hurry to make their flight to florida in hours, and they could not focus on me in between the stress and the bickeringJulia, the wife and partner even went as far to have her husband perform botox on her IN MY MEDICAL ROOM DURING MY PROCEDURE when he should have been asked what they usually use to apply the expensive substance I pay for focusing on me! Not only that, but the receptionist did most of the medical procedurea nice girl with aspirations to be a nursewho had no idea what she was doinga nice girl who just desperately needed help/supervision- she even asked me if it was okay to wrap my entire head in plastic wrap so that I couldnt see nor breathand onto my faceshe ended up using (against my wishes) a KLEENEX NAPKIN to apply the precious blood they had pulled out of my skintwice because they realized at the last minute that vial isnt enoughat least vials is standardas they knowand she admitted (since they did it every other single time) they just wanted to scrimp and to hurry me out the doorABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE in a business environment where safety and beauty are supposed to be #concernI asked them different times if I should just come back another daysince this was my birthday present to myselfthey told me happy bday but this was the last day they could do it and not to worry And when I called to complain the next day? After weeks of phone tag, Julia threatened me by saying that if I said anything, she would sue me for the money the company loses from my bad reviewI have it all on textproof of everythingincluding her having botox done in my roomAnd of course she doesnt care that she literally ripped layers of my face off to heal terribly, & stole my time, birthday, and money, because its not her business anymoreShe pawned it off to someone else who also doesnt care what happenedbecause I called them, tooI paid more money for less services, without warning or discussion, or help in any wayI feel disrespected, threatened, used, and forever scarred by this experienceAnd now I have to spent even more money to fix the damage that they did to my face- the way in which I make a living!
