First of all, to say that we broke the contract is ridiculous, my husband " Died", there is no way the contract would have ever been completed at the death of the one who signed the original contract. Since you are totally unwilling to refund me the monies paid, I have no other recourse other than to take you to Small Claims Court in the City of Roanoke as soon as I can get to the court house and file a complaint. Otherwise, I will send no further correspondence to you via Revdex.com, but I will make sure that your records with this agency are updated to show how unprofessional and unaccommodating you are regarding this very serious matter. When and if you are willing to give me the refund back less a small fee for processing, I am done talking with you. We will let the courts decide.
