Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.There is no way I can be satisfied as the manager [redacted] stated.  I would not have filed a complaint if I had.  How could I be satisfied when I went to pick up my Jacket which cost me $300.00 and it was half way up my arm.  I have pictures to support my claim.  Also, I picked up my jacket and left to avoid a conflict.  [redacted] had already insulted me when he told me he had dealt with my kind before, I would like to be compensated for the damages done to my Leather Jacket.  This cleaners is false advertising saying they clean leather because the condition of my jacket is a true example.
