I am rejecting this response because: Had *** *** given me his phone number or email address, I would not have filed this complaintAlso, there is no signage on the build with information on how to contact himI would be happy just to get my *** camcorder backIf he can't fix it, I will accept it never the less.

We have closed our business on 12-31-2014, and had till 3-20-to be moved out of the building that has been sold.We had signage, news paper notices and adds that told we were closing.All customers that came in or called were told of our closing.On 1-22-1:29pm: Mr*** was told that the
p*** was only available from *** and it would be coming in soon.I had received the p*** on 3-10-2015, and st***ed the install of the p*** and reassembling of the camcorderMost of my time was being taken up with moving out of the building.On 3-18-1:28pm: Mr*** came by the shop and saw that we were days away from being out of the building and I told him that I had about p***s left to put back in to finish the reassemblyAnd I am sure I had given him my new phone number and email address as I had with all other customers.On 3-23-I had to leave town for personal reasons and should be back on 4-28-at which time I will call Mr*** and get his completed camcorder back to him.I am sorry for the extra delay, but could not leave family in a bind.Thanks, *** ***

I am sorry that Mr*** does not accept my offer.I am going to try to get home by tomorrow morning instead of Tueas planned.The camcorder is all done and in perfect operating condition.I will contact Mr*** on Monday to return the camcorder to him.Thank you,***
