Worst Car wash ever! do not go here trust mE ! Bait and switch prices!!!! Saw a price online for a full interior detail for $or soI go to the car wash tell the employee what I wanted he asked that I open the car so he can look at the back seat after he does that he tells me it will be for this carI said what ? He told me that price is subject to the condition of the car and he told me your car is dirtyI said yes that's why I want a full detailI told him I will just go to the Arbor Car wash he said fine see you laterWorst customer service ever , You need get rid of this piece of [redacted] rude [redacted] employeeHe is the large Mexican American guy who works all the timeWhile I was there he fired someone and was yelling at the vacum guysI will never give you my business

I arrived for a car wash for my stock 2wd Ford F-The pricing board said $When I went inside to pay they changed my price to $and said it was because I drove a truck that required more soap(Really???) The manager was rude when I explained it was my first visit I watch them do this to at least people while my truck was being watchedEvery single time they were for the person to the fine print at the bottom of the pricing Every single time they refer the person to the fine print at the bottom of the pricing board I understand that should be fine print, but it should not be FinePrint when it is the rule, s I understand that should be fine print, but it should not be FinePrint when it is the norm, not the exception These people know that by the time you fall victim to the scam it is too late as they have possession and have already started providing the service

Beware of Coachworks car washMy wife and I've been loyal customers for nine years However, Coachworks recently damaged my car (deeply dinted and scratched the drivers side door on my Shelby GT500KR) and refused to admit it and provide me their insurance info and still would not even refund me for the oil change and washThe manager obserdly argued I must have never noticed it beforeWe did review video but most of the time did not show the drivers side and it was played at a fast forward speedI suggested to the manager that he, at the very least, should refund my oil change and car wash fee, to which he said absolutely notI then suggested that it was possible for me to reverse my credit card payment, but manager said he report it as theftThat's just Bad business any way you look at itAs disrespectful as they come--to a long term customer to bootBeware!!!

Today 12/was legitimately the worst customer service we have experienced in Austin to dateWe had a specific ask that was not addressed (dog hair), and went back after paying and tipping to politely ask why it had not been removedThe manager looked at us as if we were wasting his time, and told us that we needed to pay for additional serviceProvided we were already against the clock, we called to discuss our concern with managementAfter time spent on hold and passing of the phone, we expressed our discontent and stating our intent to leave a bad review, to which they replied; "do yourselves a favor and don't come back." Poor formNew staff would go a long wayUnfortunately our network will be taking our business elsewhere (*** ** *** ***)I'm remiss for not remaining loyal to great customer service

This business washed my brand new vehicle WITH THE SUNROOF OPEN! Not only did they try to cover it up and not tell me, when I drove away and my interior lights were dripping with water and I could feel my interior roof was wet, the only thing they offered me was to dry the car more when I returned When I asked to have something in writing stating what happened because there could be electrical damage that we can not see the manager disappeared and would no longer speak with meAnother employer came and told me the owner of the carwash would be there in minutesWhen he arrived he immediately started yelling at me and would not even let me speakHe told me it was my fault and would do NOTHING for me (they drive the vehicles in and out of the automated carwash at this business and deliver the car to you outside)The owner was condescending and rude and did not care one bit about my patronage or my vehicleI have never been spoken to in my life like that, let alone an owner of a b
