Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below wasnt able to respond quick enough last time so it marked my complaint as resolved, however it is not resolvedAlso Willmarks said they would reach out to me, that has not happened and its been weeks so i'll repost it here: Moved out of the apartment, did a pre-move out inspection, took photos, recorded it, guy said he's never seen anyone put so much effort into cleaning an apartmentLong story short, they eventually sent me a bill for over dollars (rent here was for the apartment)I wrote back stating the charges I did not agree with and whyI also asked them to respond to me if they disagreed with my findings and if so I could provide evidence and state lawsNever heard backAbout a year and a half later I received a letter in the mail from a collections agencyI sent them a letter disputing the charges and whyNever heard back from themThen Today, December 13th almost years to the date since move out, they sent me to collections and it hit my accountProminences (willmark) is currently being sued for over charging tenants after move outI have disputed the charges again however this is now going on years of back and forth with little to no word from the actual companyI advice any one to NOT rent from Willmark communities (prominence)Again they are currently being sued for this very thingI will sue them personally after the current lawsuit is settled Regards, [redacted]

Date Sent: 1/9/4:11:PMWe have contacted the collection agency and asked them to remove the account from Mr***'s credit reportWe do believe the charges may be satisfactory, however, in good faith, we have asked NCC collections to reach out to the credit bureaus and asked for immediate removalWe were informed by NCC it will take appxdays to not show on report and the request has been expedited and completed

We have spoken with *** via email and followed upWe have had multiple pest control visits, traps set, and removedAlthough pest control has reported that the problem has been solved, we will continue to have them monitor the situation on their visitsWe also have exterior bait stations
filledWe believe this was an isolated incidentWe did receive word from *** today that another rat was caught in the traps and we dispatched maint immediately to removeArt has my direct email and I instructed him to update me with any further developmentsWe have also offered for him to transfer to another unit at same rate or break his lease without penalty

Good afternoon, We have reviewed Mr***'s accountMr***'s charges were largely due to the fact that he broke his leaseHe vacated the apartment on 1/28/and his lease expired on 3/31/The damage charges are justified based on the photos and inspection that were done at move
out We will be reaching out to Mr*** to try to settle this account with him

Complaint #*** by Mr*** was regarding an on-line payment link that he could not access in August 2015. After checking with our IT and accounting departments to find out what happened, Mr*** signed a 12-month lease and moved in. He shis account to access the on-line
payment site for only occurrences ending in July 2015. When he tried to pay on-line in August 2015, he was not able to because that would exceed the occurrences. However, he eventually was able to pay on-line on August 3rd, 2015, without any late penalties. Mr*** must have sfor additional occurrences beyond the original in order to pay on-line again. He has continued to pay on-line without any issues. It is possible Mr*** forgot he only sinitially for occurrences, so when he went to pay on-line for August (12th time), he was denied access to the site. Mr*** also mentioned in his complaint the “on-site manager can’t do anything to help, and the corporate office does not respond.” Our corporate office is open days a week, Monday through Saturday, and I work on Sundays at one of the communities. Therefore, someone is available to help Mr*** and other residents every day of the week. If an on-site manager needs help, he or she can call the corporate office for assistance. I tried contacting Mr*** to explain what happened, but have not been successful. I will continue to reach out to him

[They did indeed contact me, which I appreciate. However, there is one error in their response: PEST CONTROL NEVER TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. IN FACT PEST CONTROL TOLD LOCAL MANAGEMENT THE PROBLEM WAS ONGOING!
