Mr [redacted] called for some car partsOur original discussion was for a shorty boxside 5'6,and a larger body cutI told him he would need to come and fill out a pre-cut sheetHis father came to my store,and gave the wrong measurement for this box sideHis son called me with a completely different measurement for this box sideI got the body cut done and YES it was delivered lateI sell used partsAll used parts have some imperfections,dings dents ectThis one was no differentIt had a dentWe use time to determine how bad the dent is,and my estimate was under hours to repairTHERE ARE NO PERFECT USED PARTSThe box side was a difficult task,as it was not the same as he originally asked for twiceI owe him for the box sideOriginal price was for the body cut,and for the box sideI gave him a discount,as he was purchasing bothHowever,it became clear that he had never done this before,as I could not get a correct measurement as to which box to sellWhen I finally got the correct info on the box side,it was not availableShortly thereafter,I had a medical emergency,and was hospitalized for days,then home for more.Mr [redacted] and his father came to my office demanding their refundI didnt have the moneyI did promise to make this rightMr [redacted] recorded some of this conversation in secret violating my civil rights,was quite rude,and arrogantMr [redacted] 's father then quickly walked up to my desk,where I was seated,and got in my faceI jumped up prepared to defend myselfI have this on security camera.Mr [redacted] called multiple times,and I was not able to pay him back in his time frameI lost a full week,and had no income for 2-weeks following my medical issueI spent alot of time back and forth to my Dr office as part of my treatment planThen came threats,foul language,and general nastinessI DO NOT,and WILL not respond to that kind of thing.I would be happy to work out a payment arraingement with a 3rd party,as I will not have these back in my store againI am an honest man,with many customers that say some very nice things about meHowever I have learned that sometimes,you just cannot please everyone

I am rejecting this response because:Opening another report about unresolved matter with this businnessPurchased parts from Art Warshawsky Art's Smart Auto PartsOn paid him for Rocker Panel & Side BedHe told me he had the part & I would have it within a weekOn month later after bunch of exuses & shifting the blame on everyone including meI received a damaged Rocker Panel but no Side PanelIt's now no parts or refund for the part has been issuedMrW*** is full of excuses & liesHe stopped answering my calls & messagesAlthough I've been more than calm & nice to himMy dad and I went to his office to demand my money back he promised to have the money few weeks ago still have not refunded my moneyAny time I get a hold of him he starts with his excuses business not going well don't have the momeyI want my money back from this thiefHe is full of liesHad my Dad give him right measurements Since day one he wrote everything downThen when he could find parts played stupid like he didn't know where to deliver the parts or he doesnt have measurementsOr he had a rough weekendIf you tell someone you have the part then takes you months to find & deliver one part & make up lies for the other partThen your nothing more then a lier & thief.I want my $back
