provded her credit card detailsWhile the credit card company ruled that Ms*** only authorized $to be charged on her credit card, not that she did not have financial liabilty for the remaining balance due for the additonal tests ordered. Because we value Ms*** as a customer and because only the physician's office approved the additonal testing, we agree to Ms***'s request and will write off the balance due of $Ms***'s current balance is now $0. Thank you very much for your feedback and we trust this fully resolves the outstanding issues raised in Ms***'s submission to the Revdex.com
