After receiving first notice I did contact Mrs*** the next day to get a better understanding of the name on the work left
with us as I did not recognize her nameIt was an order for Mrs***I explained that I had the order and that it was finished except making printsMy husband had been dealing with radiation and chemo, for cancerI explained that it may be some time as we were still finishing up with treatments, but I was starting to have more time to check this outThe order had been in house for a long time, I had called and let the ***s know that I had rescanned the photos to start over as there were problems with the original scans, and this why the order was not going wellWe had talked before the Christmas,in I had hoped I could get it doneWe had been dealing with health problems with both my husband and myself over the last yearOn January 7, we met in person at my studioBoth Mrs*** and Mrs***
I had the two larger old photos ready as I indicated I wouldI offered them a settlement of delivering the two finished 16x20s with full restoration for 1/price which was the original down payment on the jobThey accepted and these were delivered on January 7, There are two smaller 35mm negatives that were an additional orderWe had moved our studio years ago and these were brought in that next few months after we movedThis order was separated as it was to follow a different path in our processI am still looking for those negatives and will need more timeThey had asked me to find them in one weekI need to go through all my orders in house and image files to find these photos and then I will complete this order at no charge to the customerI am afraid our health problems, moving our studio and shutting our former large lab down has complicated all of the service on this orderI very much apologize to Mrs*** and Mrs*** for the delay and confusionI told them this in person and gave them a letter indicating the problems, that had delayed this orderI am looking for this order, and have had problems with my husband health again this last weekI will continue to search and will locate everything so we can get this back into their hands*** ArtCraft Photography
