I am rejecting this response because: It is not a courtesy to fix something that was not done properly to begin with We will hire another contractor as we don’t know why Artcrete cannot do this step properly We also will tell our friends and neighbors not to use Artcrete I don’t think he had any intention of callingus back after we left several voicemails over a period of several weeks My husband hadto mention we were going to call the Attorney General before we got a call back statingwe would have to pay $now on top of the $we paid up front Thank you
