I am rejecting this response because: I have shopped at this business establishment before the new owners took it overThere were NO visible signs up stating that a $charge would be tacked on to every debit or credit purchaseWhen the previous owners ( [redacted] ) had possession of the business, I used my card numerous times (as credit) and was never charged for itAs for the Foster Farms dividers, this is still a case of advertisement, as the divider would mislead the customer into believing the chicken was from Foster Farms, otherwise, why place the divider there? As for the bananas, I find it nearly impossible to believe that anyone would purposely purchase rotten bananas, as rotten food is typically hazardous to one's healthThose bananas were there when the new establishment moved in I was charged unfairly, I was taken advantage of, and I would like my $back Sincerely, [redacted] ***
