I received a phone call from Artech who said he had a 12-month contract job for me. It was automatically suspicious when I ask about the salary and he didn’t know. He asked what I wanted to make and to test him I threw out a crazy high amount and he accepted it! He then said he sent a form to me to fill out and a test I need to take and it needs done in 30 minutes. I told him that’s a bit rushed and I need to pick up my son from school and he got forceful with me. He then called me over and over again for 45 minutes straight! I blocked him and he TEXTED me. I then told him he is harassing me and he kept going. I blocked his texts too and will report him.

Review: [redacted] is involved in I.T. recruiting. They contacted me by phone (#[redacted]) about a possible job position in the US. I told them I was indeed looking for a position, but that I was a Canadian citizen only and without any work visas. The representative at [redacted] then told me that this position was "100% remote" (meaning that I could work from my home in Canada). In fact, they later sent me an email of the job description with the subject "As per our call : 100% Remote Work" (sent Nov 4/15 at 1:57pm by [redacted].[redacted]INFO.COM).

I then received a phone call from their manager (#[redacted]) telling me about this position. They asked me if I had a work visa and if I would be willing to relocate to the US. Again, I repeated that I was not a US citizen and did not have any work visas/permits that allowed me to work in the US. He then asked me how long it would take for me to get one. I told him that I didn't know since I've never applied for one before. He then asked me again for my situation with my work visa. At this point, I asked if this was indeed a "100% remote" job position as advertised by them? Also, was this job position a trick or scam? At this point the manager hung-up.

After sending them an email to remove my resume and contact information from the system, and that I would stop communicating with them. They continued to call my phone 5 times (I had answered only once after my email to tell them to stop calling me) for 40 minutes straight! This must be some form of harassment and I would like this duly noted as well.Desired Settlement: I would like this complaint to be recorded and publicly available if possible. I would like the company, [redacted], to be notified by the Revdex.com of this complaint.

I also requested, by email and over the phone, that my information be removed from the system and emails, as I have sent them my resume before becoming aware this was all a scam. I would like to call them in the future to verify if they have done so as they didn't seem co-operative at any time.

Review: The company was in contact me as a job recruiter. However I have found a job and no longer need their services. However I get numerous calls and emails from multiple people at the company trying to contact me for a job. I've notified every one that calls and all the emails that I have found a job and to remove me off their list. They call me sometimes later in the evening when I'm at home. It is downright harassment when I've asked them to stop contacting me and remove my name and yet I still get contacted via email and phone and by multiple people.Desired Settlement: I want them to refrain from contacting me via email or phone and to remove my information off their systems.

Review: A certain [redacted] contacted me in my email and promissing a job here in Pasadena, CA as an accountant and she send forms that I must fill up. I did provide the informations which are all personal and I did signed the consent form that I will work as a consultant for them in this job in Kaiser Permanente as accountant. After I email back all informations and I never heard from this lady again and when I try to contact the company telephone is already disconnected. The recuiter name is [redacted] with email address [redacted] with telephone No. [redacted] and fax no. ([redacted]. It was strange and suspicious that this lady never get back to me and when I try calling her no answer and the company main telephone line is disconnected. I think they got a lot of my persoanal informations and I am afrraid they use these for fraudulent purposes.Desired Settlement: If this recruiting company is legitimate and lets see if they can really provide a job. I think this company is using recruiting tactics to get personal informations from people who are looking for a job.
