We signed a contract on Sept29, with Arteek for a kitchen remodelTo this date, we still have not received all of the cabinetry materials We have a contract with Arteek signed by all on Sept29, for a kitchen remodelWe paid for cabinetry and installation, quartz counters product and installation, appliances, electrical and plumbing! To this date, we still haven't received all of the materials for a finished kitchen Many measurement errors were made by ArteekMany months went by without a working kitchenEd Elbatrawry continued to either avoid us or tell us he ordered the items, when we confirmed with the cabinetry manufacturer that he didn't We were without a working kitchen for nearly a year! Despite the fact that we paid for cabinetry products and installation, electrical and plumbing, we had to locate and hire these industry technicians to give us a working kitchen Therefore more money, time, and aggravation for us! Yet, even more, the cabinetry
Work product and level of customer service was unacceptable with Arteek. Their business practices are suspect. They owe me money and a cabinet. I entered a contract with Arteek in August of 2017 to install kitchen cabinets, appliances and cabinet hardware. I paid in full for all services because they indicated they could not place the orders for cabinets/appliances or hold the selected quartz on site without payment in advance. They did not complete until December 2017 after duress in trying to get them to complete job. They said product and work would begin and end in September. They said it was delayed by the hurricane until I hounded them at the store and then suddenly product showed up in October. Packing info indicated they had not ordered until after I pushed them in September. When the product arrived, it was not assembled as they said it would be. I had to sit at my house 6 days (off work) with a sub-contractor/handy man while the product was put together and then
Worst month out of my life, one problem after the other, would not recommend
Nothing that this company has told us since hiring them to do our remodel has happened, they have bad communication and unethical business practices
We signed a contract in May to have Arteek do our remodelEd, the owner told us that we would need 50% up front and the other 50% by mid May to "order all of the materials." We paid them $before they even started workWe were to move out of our home on May so that they could start promptly on June We did what we said we would and here was the first time they were caught lyingThey didn't start until nearly a week after they were supposed toThe demo took days and no work was done for over weeks following the demoWe then found out about months after hiring them and paying them to order materials that the cabinets we selected were no longer available (well of course we should have found that out back in May when we paid to supposedly order them)July 4th they started to install tile and on July 5th I notified them

My kitchen remodel isn't completed nor do they want to refund me for the cabinets they still owe me
I hired this company in Feb for my kitchen remodelWe've had numerous problems from the wrong design, to the wrong cabinets ordered, to the multiple lies, to not paying their vendorsNot to mention the incompetence and lack of communication with the staffIt's been an excruciating ordeal Finally after LONG months & numerous mistakes, my kitchen was almost completedI'm still waiting for top aluminum frosted custom cabinets & a new cabinet door that's cracked that they owe usMy husband reached out to them numerous times for the statusFinally, the owner Ahmed E***, told us the cabinets they ordered from a different company, not the original company, didn't look rightThe reason why they had to order the remaining top aluminum frosted cabs from another vendor was because Arteek didn't pay the "original" vendor (***, Richard J***) so that company didn't
