Cut and dry; copy warranty front and back of Invoice done 7/11/"Out of Warranty"Customer remarks of scan is very inflamatory to our yr company, and if continues will take action! Same warranty for all customer: yes I did speak with [redacted] (conversation out of control)

Hello, Ms***. Please review documents closely. We put engine in car 3-22-year/mile warranty. It is approxyears later: We did not replace relay nor blower motor whenever he had it done! As of drove engine miles. No idea now how many
miles, 2018. We find this claim to be "ridiculous." A waste of your time and ours. Thank youD L W***

On December 21, 2015, *** *** brought his BMW 535i xdrive in for repair at Withers ImportsAs requested by *** ***, we replaced the serpentine belt on his vehicleWhile one of our technicians was doing diagnostics on the aforementioned vehicle, he noticed that the oil filter housing gasket
was leakingWe apprised *** *** of this leak; however, he restated he only wanted a serpentine belt installed and did not give the okay for repairing the leaking gasketOn February 12, 2016, after driving his BMW 535i another miles, *** *** brought his vehicle back to our businessHe requested that we replace the leaking oil filter housing gasket, which we did replaceThe technician noticed there was still an oil leakIn an attempt to remedy this situation, we replaced a leaking oil cooler gasket, installed a new coolant hose and also a serpentine belt tensionerSince we could not determine the origin of the oil leak, all of the diagnostics, parts and repairs from this date of service were completed on *** *** vehicle at no chargeAt my request, my service manager informed *** *** that he should take his car to the BMW Store to have them check it outWhen advised to take his automobile to the BMW Store, *** *** became hostile with my service manager and blamed us for his other oil leaks and refused to drive his car to the BMW Store although previously he deemed it prudent to drive this same vehicle miles with a known leaking oil filter housing gasket*** *** called a tow truck for his car, so we drove it to the front of the shop and gave him the keyWhen his car first came in for repairs on December 21, 2015, the entire undercarriage and front of the engine were totally full of oilAdditionally, he knew he had oil leakage since he informed my service manager that he before bringing his car to us; he had taken his 535i to the BMW dealer for diagnostics who also informed him that the oil filter housing gasket was leakingWe believe *** *** is unreasonable expecting us to pay for any other repairs on his vehicle or to pay for his towingIn good faith, we already have performed repairs to his car at no charge to him
