Regarding complaint ID of [redacted] These are the items that took place regarding Ms [redacted] hot tub cover order Our GenMgr [redacted] had a very extensive hrback fusion surgery And a few of our accessory orders fell thru the cracks, and did not get ordered One of those being Ms [redacted] hot tub cover However, we offered to credit Ms [redacted] credit card as we thought that was the quickest way to refund her money However, she told our store staff she would rather receive a check for her refund A check is available for Ms [redacted] at our store today, Wednesday, Sept21stand our store staff has informed her of suchThank You for bringing this issue to our attention, since we have never had a Revdex.com complaint before until this Sincerely, [redacted] ***President

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Providing that the credit actually shows on my card I will return the filter to the business when that happens

My records indicate that the consumer has received a credit/refund via her credit card serviceI consider this case closed and request that the Revdex.com also consider it closed also. Thank You*** ***Sunspas & Health

Individual requested a 19" Filter for her Sundance Capri SpaI supplied her with a filter which is compatable for her spa as I have supplied hundreds of such filters for that particular series of spaShe returned the next day threatening to use Yelp and Revdex.com if she did not receive a refund
The filter she received is the correct filterRegarding the price, we are a brick and morter operation and stand by our service and quality of productYou can find various substandard parts on the internet that cost less and have poor valueThe previous day when purchasing she made a seen at the front counter over the price so that other customers were made uncomfortableShe is a bully and we do not aquise to bullies

I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting since December for deliveryI have also contacted the manufacture Sundance Spa and they have informed me that the spa I ordered was never paid for and will not send the spa to the retailer now SunSpa & HealthI will wait 30th days for a refund then I will file a claim with the small claims court in El Dorado County for a resolution of this matter on June 12th I have sent a Demand for Payment certified mail on April 27, 2017, it was received and sign for on on April 28th
