The answer they gave regarding my issue is false. They never stated anyone was ill or anything.  They kept telling me either "he" was traveling or "she" was traveling.   I got no answers until I mentioned a lawyer.  Yes, they finally refunded my money but I am still waiting for it to clear with the bank. I will never or would never use or recommend this company. They were nothing but rude to me.
